Sarah Curtis

Sarah joined CHP in early 2018 to help Marion Werkheiser manage her busy schedule. But it became obvious quickly that she could assist with much more. Sarah now works with Marion to run the firm, covering all day-to-day operations. If you need assistance with on anything operations-related at the firm, Sarah is a good person to speak with first.

Prior to joining CHP, Sarah worked with several teams within Fidelity Investments. Her specialty was maximizing her team leader’s efficiency and effectiveness while simultaneously creating a pleasant environment for the entire team. She did this primarily by creating repeatable systems and processes that streamlined work.

Before Sarah became a professional administrator, she was a talented political and non-profit fundraiser. Throughout her roles across the East Coast, she managed million-dollar events, wrote and coordinated fundraising appeals for different needs and communities of people, streamlined reporting processes, and supervised teams of colleagues and volunteers.
