About Devon

Devon joined the Cultural Heritage Partners team in 2025 as an executive assistant after serving as a personal assistant to founding partner Greg Werkheiser in 2024. Devon now serves as Greg’s right hand, managing his calendar and helping oversee day-to-day action items. As a trusted collaborator to leadership, Devon combines organization, foresight, and diplomacy to help maintain productivity and organizational efficiency. Her goal is to ensure the time and focus Greg spends working alongside the firm is sustainable and remains high impact.

Prior to finding her passion for executive support roles, Devon worked in the education field as an award-winning English teacher. Her background in education allows her to thrive with Cultural Heritage Partners, bringing a blend of structure, problem-solving skills, and adaptability with a “can-do” attitude.

Devon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she served in various leadership roles. When not in the office, Devon can be found writing the Next Great American Novel at a coffee shop, picking up a new craft, or reading.
