Washington DC, January 22, 2026. – Earlier this month Cultural Heritage Partners filed a complaint a for the DC Preservation League against the General Services Administration for violation of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. CHP filed a FOIA request to the GSA for the DC Preservation League in November of 2025. The GSA has missed every applicable FOIA deadline. The complaint, now case 1:26-cv-00032 has been assigned to Judge John D. Bates.
