Cultural Heritage Partners LLC is very pleased to announce the addition of Eden Burgess to our legal team. Eden joins the firm after practicing art, museum and cultural heritage law in Washington, DC for over ten years. She has broad experience providing legal and strategic advice to a wide variety of clients, including domestic and foreign museums, collectors, auction houses, restitution claimants and claim recipients, foreign states, nonprofits, and other entities in the art, museum and cultural heritage universe. Eden also practices copyright and trademark law in the art and cultural heritage field.
Eden received her law degree from the George Washington University Law School, where she teaches an art and cultural heritage law seminar. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
